Will I be informed when my Klarna credit agreement starts?

Once Klarna receives confirmation from us that your purchases have been dispatched/received, your credit agreement will start and you will be sent a welcome email, which will include your payment schedule. This will be sent to the email address you provided when you applied.

If you haven’t received an email within 10 days of getting your purchases, please check your ‘junk’ email box. If you still cannot find the relevant email, call Klarna’s Customer Service team on 0808 189 3333 so they can check they have your correct contact details.
