Complete Savings Cashback Scheme

Some of our customers may have made the decision to sign up to the Complete Savings Cashback scheme during a previous purchase on halfords.com.

This was presented in the form of a button to the right of the order summary on screen.

If you clicked "continue" you would have been taken to a 3rd party page to continue signing up to the cashback scheme. On this page you would first have to enter your name, address, and email address. You are then asked to enter your credit/debit card details and create a password. The full terms and conditions were accessible through this page and you could leave the page at any time prior to enrolling. 

On this page, there was a declaration prior to submitting that states "By entering my password as my electronic signature and clicking Yes, I have read and agree to the Terms of Service and the Offer and Billing Details and authorise Complete Savings to use my name, address and credit or debit card information I provided for billing and benefit processing after my 30 day free trial."

We appreciate that you may be very disappointed by the workings of this scheme, and we confirm that Complete Savings is not affiliated to Halfords, nor did we pass on any information to them and they no longer advertise on our site.
