Can I return a refurbished item?

If you’ve bought a refurbished product and have changed your mind about the purchase, you'll need to return it to the store or garage that you collected it from within 14 days of purchase. Please note the item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you’ve bought a refurbished product and it is found to be faulty after 30 days, it will be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
