I’ve not received my e-receipt/I've received an e-receipt in error, what shall I do?

We enter email addresses manually in store and it is based on the information provided to us by our customers. As this is a manual process, if we make a mistake or incorrect information is provided, this can cause an e-receipt to not be received or received in error. Thankfully it’s rare but I am sorry that this happened to you. Please don't hesitate to contact us and we will look into locating your e-receipt.
