What is Halfords Complaints Procedure?

Halfords prides itself on offering quality products and services, which is why when things don’t go to plan, we want to make sure you get the support needed to solve any problems you may have.

Raising a complaint

Step 1: Please click "Chat with an Expert" in the bottom corner of this page or call 0330 135 9779 to contact our Customer Support team. When you contact us, we will provide you with a unique reference number for your complaint.

Step 2: 

  • Our Customer Support team will investigate your complaint. If the advisor you first speak to cannot resolve your complaint, they will find the person or team best suited to fix the problem and find a resolution.
  • Our priority is to fully address your concern and provide a resolution that satisfies you. As part of the investigation, we will identify the root cause of the issue for continuous improvement purposes.
  • We will keep you updated on the progress of your complaint at regular intervals, so you always know the status of your case.
