Can a CycleCare plan be transferred from an old bike to a new bike? Sadly we are unable to transfer CycleCare plans from an old bike to a new one, as CycleCare plans are registered to a specific bike, so a brand new care plan would be needed for the new bike.
What if I have an old CycleCare plan? We will continue to support all our customers who have one of our old CycleCare packages. All previous benefits will continue for the duration of your plan.
