How to use 'Letter of Collection' on Halfords.com
Once you have received your 'Letter of Collection' via email or post, you are free to place your order on Halfords.com.
Start by adding your item/items to the basket making sure the delivery option is for 'Click & Collect'. You then need to click on the basket in the top right-hand corner and proceed to checkout. Enter all your details and when you get to choose your payment method select 'Cycle2work', enter your last name and LOC number in the relevant areas and select 'Place Order'.
When you go into the store to collect your item/items, please bring your 'Letter of Collection' and ID.
